DINE Magazine’s Happy 9th!

Yorkville was buzzing with some Pre-TIFF Glam Tuesday evening

as local foodies, chefs and fans of DINE Magazine gathered at the Four Seasons to help Sara and Adam Waxman celebrate the nineth issue of their popular food, lifestyle and photography magazine. The MAN himself Chef Daniel Boulud pulled himself away from a hectic re-opening of his signature restaurant Café Boulud to honour Sara and Adam with an appearance and a leaf through the glossy issue. FSTravels gave Chef a ‘Salut’ and a shake of the hand and a brief chat about our time in Lyon experiencing the incredible food of this popular region of France.

Guests sipped on champagne flutes dotted with fresh raspberries and noshed at several food stations while listening to Sara Waxman’s inspirational words and announcement concerning DINE’s exciting new partnership with US-Based PPI Group. “PPI Group is excited to add DINE magazine to its roster of titles,” Bill Panoff, president and CEO, said. “We look forward to lending our publishing experience to an already beautiful magazine in order to take its success to the next level.”

Sara will remain editor-in-chief and Adam, its executive editor and continue to feature editorial content and photography, focusing on food and wine enthusiasts, us intrepid travelers, art, culture, and thought-provoking profiles.

“It is clear that DINE and PPI Group have a natural synergy and a mutual passion to publish beautiful and informative magazines,” Sara Waxman said. “I am happy with this partnership, and it has given me new motivation to expand our horizons.”

A very happy nineth issue, DINE Magazine! We can’t wait for the next nine!
